Every item we make is custom-engraved to your specifications, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is an error or defect on our part, such as a product that doesn't match your order, damage in shipping, or a manufacturing fault.
If we made a mistake
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@carolina-laser.com.
- Photos of the issue can help us resolve it quickly.
- We will replace the item(s) or issue a refund. Replacement shipments are expedited to minimize your delay.

Every online order shows a preview of your text and colors. We can't offer refunds or remakes for errors in the details you provide, such as typos, wrong sizes or wrong colors.
