Shipping and Lead Time
Last updated: March 06, 2026
Lead Time
The Lead Time is the time we need to create your products and present them to the shipper. Orders placed online using our customizable templates ship the next business day.
If you require a quote, based on CAD drawings, spreadsheets or other documents you provide, then your lead time will be provided in your quote. Most quotes will have a 1-2 week lead time. It will always be faster and cheaper to customize online compared to requesting a quote.
Transit Time
The Transit Time is the time the shipper takes to deliver your package. We offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air for urgent shipments. UPS Ground shipping usually has a 1-5 day transit time. See the transit time map for more detail:

Our system sends a shipment confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships. Tracking info is also available by logging into your account. If you have a delivery problem, please contact us by replying to your confirmation email. Often, we are able to respond faster by email than by telephone.
